Aim to arrive at Seronera Airstrip around 1100 Hours. Our safari guide will be there to greet you and will have a picnic lunch prepared for you before the safari. After leaving for your safari, you’ll make a lunch stop around about 1300 hours. Your game drive will continue as you look for the Serengeti’s big cats and various ungulates. In the evening, just in time for dinner and overnight, you’ll make the drive back to Serengeti Heritage hotel or similar.

You’ll leave for your all-day Serengeti wildlife drive. The Serengeti is primarily known for its grassy plains, while a substantial portion of the park is made up of periodically flooded plains, forest, and shrub savannah. It has excellently adapted to constant grazing and has turned the Serengeti into a haven for enormous herbivores. It is golden during the dry season and green and sprinkled with wildflowers after the rains. The endless horizon is occasionally broken by kopjes, 2.5 million-year-old rocky formations. A once-in-a-lifetime experience, being surrounded by millions of Wildebeest, Zebra, and Gazelle. They stampede through broad, huge plains on their annual trek north, dove into crocodile-infested rivers, and were relentlessly pursued by lurking predators. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch on the Serengeti plains before continuing your game drive till dusk. You’ll get back to the camp just as the sun is setting and will have time to relax by the crackling bushfire.

You will say goodbye to the camp and begin your Serengeti wildlife safari after an early breakfast. Before leaving for your next location, you will take pleasure in your final Serengeti wildlife safari. If you want to drive back to Arusha city for a more flexible schedule, you will drive to the Seronera airfield for your flight leaving Serengeti at midday for Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar.
